I have said it before, and I will say it again, spend more time in the washroom. If the guy is an asshole, and you have to take his shit, then you need to spend more time on the shitter and less time with the asshole. If anyone asks you what you were doing in the washroom, give a detailed explanation and they will never ask you again. Or watch the movie 9-5 with Dolly Parton, from the eighties and maybe that will make you laugh and give you some creative ideas on how to engage with your "boss".
