Job Rants - I am a sucker

i am a sucker. i had a wonderful job in another city, and moved back home because my parents got sick. i took a job at the same place that my fathers work to help take the load off of him after he had a triple by-pass. Even though i cut my pay in half, i did this set an example for this company. it was on the verge of closing, and had no direction. For years i have given everything to this place. The problem is, the owner of the company is a tool with a social disorder. as i did more, he did less. the pussy hides from the customers and avoids any real work. He takes off in the busiest times, and has now started adjusting my co workers time cards back to 40 hours, AFTER they have worked the over time. Store moral is gone. This place has so much oppurtunity, but as a co worker put it today, this guy is the devil. Now i am left between ajusting my work to my pay, and not caring; or working like a slave for a blood sucker lining his pockets with what i do. I'd move, and except a promotion in another location, but i am too involved in charity work in my community, and i love my church. Tallahassee is my home, but my work is hell. this sucks so bad. Tallahassee Winair sucks!!!!
